Join us from 3 PM to 10 PM at Memorial Park on the White Rock Promenade for an evening filled with delicious food, live entertainment, and unique local crafts.

As the sun prepares to dip behind the pier, White Rock’s waterfront will transform Friday, May 2nd with local food tents setting up along the Memorial Plaza Promenade.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect:

AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS

Salad rolls, lemongrass sticks, shrimp crackers, spring rolls, and chicken wings made fresh at their tent.

ROASTED REVOLUTION

Roasted corn done five ways: Butter, Doritos, Hot Cheetos, Mexican, and Truffle.

CORN DOG KING

Concession-style classic dogs available in: Classic, Veggie, Spicy Jalapeño, and Cheesy Korean.

IT’S ALL ABOUT GRILL BBQ

Garlic chicken, spicy pork, ribeye steak, and bacon-wrapped sausage hot off the grill.

SAY CHEESE

Classic comfort grilled cheese sandwiches with sourdough bread.

GARY’S KETTLE CORN

Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn and Caramel Corn popped fresh.
